You Are Your First Priority
If you don’t take care of yourself, you won’t have the resources and energy — or even the ability — to take care of anyone else. So, regardless of your other responsibilities, your first obligation is to yourself. Always.
This means staying healthy physically, mentally, and emotionally. It means taking time. It means experiencing stillness in the sea of turmoil and stress that often synonymous with modern life. Self-care comes first.
